Your Role
As our Partnership Project Manager, you will support the Chief Revenue Officer in structuring, launching, and managing Woliz’s strategic partnerships.
Your mission is to turn commercial agreements into operational, measurable, and long-term partnerships. You will coordinate internal teams and partner stakeholders from the initial planning phase through deployment, while ensuring effective governance, performance monitoring, and continuous follow-up throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities
Partnership Scoping: Support the Chief Revenue Officer in preparing partner meetings, workshops, presentations, summaries, roadmaps, and action plans.
Operational Coordination: Translate commercial commitments into operational, functional, and technical requirements.
Project Management: Define the scope, objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and key performance indicators for each partnership.
Launch and Deployment: Create and maintain project plans, coordinate testing, pilot phases, training sessions, and launch activities.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with Product, Technology, Field Operations, Finance, Data, Customer Service, Marketing, and Legal teams.
Partner Management: Serve as the main operational contact after partnership agreements are signed. Organize follow-up meetings and steering committees while ensuring partner requests are tracked through to completion.
Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor partnership KPIs, consolidate data from Woliz teams and systems, and prepare regular reports for management and partners.
Continuous Improvement: Identify risks, recommend corrective actions, support partnership growth, and contribute to converting pilot projects into long-term agreements or large-scale deployments.
Methodology and Tools: Develop and maintain roadmaps, RACI matrices, action plans, dashboards, risk registers, and an overall view of the partnership portfolio.
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s +5 / Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent background in project management, strategy, finance, or a related field.
Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in project management, consulting, partnerships, account management, digital transformation, or B2B solution deployment.
Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, stakeholders, and parallel workstreams.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, fintech, banking, payments, insurance, telecommunications, B2B SaaS, or consulting is a strong advantage.
Project Management: Strong understanding of project management principles, planning, reporting, and execution.
Analytical Skills: Ability to define KPIs, analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend action plans.
Tools: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaborative work tools.
Communication: Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare presentations, meeting minutes, summaries, and briefing notes.
Personal Qualities: Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, autonomous, and solution-driven.
Languages: Excellent French, professional English, and a strong command of Arabic and Darija are highly appreciated.
