Your Mission
You will be responsible for managing a team of field agents and will directly contribute to the commercial and operational performance of your assigned area.

Required Profile
2 to 4 years of experience managing a field sales team.
Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Skills in performance management and team supervision.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities effectively.
Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy.
Daily field mobility required and a personal means of transportation is necessary.
