Main Mission
As a Project Manager at Woliz, you will orchestrate the onboarding and integration of strategic partners (FMCG brands, retailers, financial institutions, telecom operators, and service providers) into our digital ecosystem. You are the project lead for partner initiatives, responsible for coordinating commercial, operational, and technical activities between external stakeholders and internal teams.
Your role is strategic: you ensure that each partner is integrated smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with business and technical requirements. You guarantee the quality of relationships, partner retention, and optimal activation of their offers on our platform. You also act as the key interface between business and technical teams, with a strong understanding of both perspectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end partner onboarding from contract signing to full activation of their offers on Woliz platforms. You develop and track integration roadmaps with clear milestones and measurable deliverables.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders internally (product, tech, commercial, operations teams) and externally (brands, retailers, institutional partners). You facilitate synchronization points, anticipate bottlenecks, and resolve complex issues involving multiple actors.
Act as the business-technical interface by translating partner business needs into technical specifications understandable by development teams, and conversely explaining technical constraints to partners in an accessible way. You participate in integration discussions (APIs, data flows, configurations) without necessarily implementing them yourself.
Ensure integration quality by verifying that partner offers are correctly configured, tested, and activated on the platform. You monitor performance indicators (activation rate, transaction volume, partner satisfaction) and implement corrective actions if needed.
Understand and anticipate partners’ business challenges by analyzing commercial objectives, operational constraints, and expectations from Woliz. You identify growth opportunities and propose solutions to maximize value creation.
Prepare and present strategic presentations for partners (steering committees, performance reviews, commercial proposals). You synthesize complex information clearly and convincingly and represent Woliz to senior stakeholders.
Contribute to the industrialization of onboarding processes by documenting best practices, identifying areas for improvement, and helping build tools and playbooks to accelerate future integrations. You may also mentor junior Project Managers as the partner portfolio grows.
Required Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in project or partnership management, ideally in a tech company (SaaS, fintech, retail-tech, marketplace) or in the FMCG/Retail ecosystem with a strong digital component.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with proven ability to manage complex multi-partner relationships. You can align, negotiate, and maintain consensus among stakeholders with sometimes diverging interests.
Ability to quickly understand partners’ business challenges with an interest in commercial, marketing, and strategic topics. You ask the right questions and identify value creation levers.
Sufficient technical understanding to effectively interact with development teams and comprehend integration constraints (APIs, data flows, architectures). Coding is not required, but you must be able to engage in technical discussions.
Proficiency in preparing impactful presentations and communication materials (PowerPoint, Google Slides). You know how to structure a message, tell a story, and tailor your communication to the audience.
Highly organized, autonomous, detail-oriented, and results-driven. You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards in execution.
Experience in consumer promotions or retail is a strong asset, particularly if you have worked on loyalty programs, trade marketing campaigns, or in-store brand activations.
