Woliz is a Moroccan retail-tech and fintech company that, as a partner aggregator, transforms nanostores (local neighborhood shops) into connected points of sale. Our end-to-end solution integrates artificial intelligence, digital payments, financial services, and modern management tools to support the African retail ecosystem in its digital transformation.
Your Mission
You will be WOLIZ’s performance navigator. Reporting to the CFO, you will build and maintain budget-vs-actual tracking, unit economics dashboards (ARPU, CAC, LTV/CAC, take rate, churn), and financial models to support strategic decision-making. You will produce Financial Highlights and Operational KPIs reporting, maintain the business plan model, and create rolling forecasts. You will work closely with the Head of Performance (already in post) and all operational departments.
Required Profile
- 3 to 6 years of experience in management control, FP&A, or business analysis, ideally in a tech startup, investment fund, or consulting firm.
- Expert-level financial modeling in Excel (DCF, unit economics, scenario analysis); ability to build models from scratch.
- Proficiency with a BI tool (PowerBI, Metabase, Looker, or Tableau) to automate dashboards.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations for management.
- Analytical mindset, business curiosity, and comfort with uncertainty.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Bac+5 in Management Control, Corporate Finance, or Business School.
- SQL proficiency for direct data extraction from production databases is a strong plus.
