Your Mission
As CFO, you will build the entire Finance function from scratch and serve as a strategic co-pilot to the executive team. You will lead financial planning, treasury management, and management reporting. You will recruit and manage a finance team and ensure full regulatory and tax compliance.
Required Profile
- 8 to 12 years of experience in finance, including 3+ years in a CFO or Finance Director role, ideally in a tech startup, fintech, or scale-up environment.
- Strong expertise in Moroccan accounting standards (PCG) and familiarity with IFRS.
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional corporate structures is a strong plus.
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel (DCF, LBO, unit economics) and proficiency with an ERP (Sage, Odoo) and a BI tool (PowerBI, Metabase).
- Fluent in French and English (international communication required).
- Strong leadership: ability to build and manage a team in a high-growth startup context with limited resources and high autonomy.
- Bac+5 in Finance, Accounting, or Management (top business school, ENCG, or equivalent). CPA, DSCG, or CFA is a plus.
