Job Description
You will be responsible for securing and managing WOLIZ’s financial flows within a multi-service, multi-partner fintech environment. At the heart of operations, you will ensure the accuracy of financial reconciliations, effective cash management, and high-quality financial reporting.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-service financial flows and ensure the reconciliation of transactions, bank accounts, and partner accounts.
- Lead, in collaboration with the COO, the cash collection, safeguarding, deposit, and cash reconciliation processes.
- Manage daily and forecasted cash flow, including funding partner accounts and optimizing liquidity.
- Prepare internal, investor, and governance financial reporting, including cash position, burn rate, runway, P&L, budget, and variance analysis.
- Supervise financial closing processes, budgeting, internal controls, financial partner management, and the strengthening and reliability of finance processes.
Candidate Profile
- 4 to 7 years of experience in finance, treasury, management control, or audit
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in finance, management, audit, accounting, or business
- Excellent command of Excel, financial reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of treasury management, internal controls, and budget monitoring
- Rigorous, autonomous, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and discrepancy-investigation skills
- Experience in fintech, payments, retail, or transaction-based environments is highly valued
