Woliz is a Moroccan retail-tech and fintech company that, as a partner aggregator, transforms nanostores (local neighborhood shops) into connected points of sale. Our end-to-end solution integrates artificial intelligence, digital payments, financial services, and modern management tools to support the African retail ecosystem in its digital transformation.
Your role:
As a true ambassador of our startup in the field, you are the driving force behind our growth. Your mission is to identify, recruit, and provide daily support to a network of local businesses (grocery stores, kiosks) to transform them into high-performing digital service points.
Your main responsibilities:
- Acquisition and Deployment: Actively prospect your assigned area, qualify potential points of sale, and sign membership contracts.
- Installation and Training: Deploy our application on merchants’ smartphones, train them on its use, and provide first-level support.
- Network Management: Regularly visit your portfolio (target of 150 to 200 points of sale) to drive sales of mobile top-ups, bill payments, and Data SIM cards.
- Financial Management (Cash Collection): Ensure the secure collection of cash from merchants to replenish their virtual balances within the required deadlines.
Candidate profile:
- Education: Baccalaureate minimum.
- Languages: Perfect command of Arabic (Darija) and French, both spoken and written, to communicate with merchants and write reports.
- Technical skills: Strong proficiency with digital tools (fluent use of smartphones, business applications, GPS).
- Soft skills: Resourcefulness, excellent interpersonal skills, unwavering honesty, and a results-driven mindset.
- Strict requirement: You must have your own motorized vehicle (motorcycle/scooter) and be willing to work flexible hours according to merchants’ needs.
