Job Description
Joining Woliz as an Instructional Designer means taking charge of transforming raw content into training experiences that captivate, engage, and drive progress.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of e-learning modules for Woliz and its brand and distributor partners — from instructional scripting to final integration, including interactions, motion design, and user experience.
You will work in close collaboration with the CMO, in an environment where pedagogical rigor, attention to detail, and creativity are expected with every deliverable.
Ideal Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design or learning design.
- Proficiency in authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or equivalent.
- UX sensibility, with a passion for motion design and visual storytelling.
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills in French.
- E-learning portfolio required.
